One of our customers who is a professional electrical contractor was looking for a solution for preventing his customer for a certain type of shoplifting. That customer, a large supermarket company, experienced an upcoming phenomenon where “customers” loaded their shopping cart with expensive products and then hurried back through the entrance to the parking lot were a henchmen stood ready with the getaway car. There the goods were dumped in the trunk by tipping the cart and the thieves drove away. Often it was not noticed by the employees of the supermarket or the employees could not react fast enough to take the right measures.

During the development process the ease of installation, use and maintenance was kept in mind and special attention was taken to prevent false alarms which resulted in a product that perfectly matched the expectations of our customer.
