INCAA Computers warrants its products for a standard period of one year. This standard warranty is limited to servicing, adjusting or replacing of a defect hardware product and rectify software bugs. To maintain this limited warranty, the product must be operated, calibrated, and maintained in accordance with the users guide supplied with the product. Abuse, mechanical damage, alteration, and/or repair procedures not made in accordance with the users guide voids the warranty.
Commissioning, on-site service and troubleshooting are carried out by a team of highly trained and experienced service engineers. In addition to called-upon service and troubleshooting, our service engineers can handle preventative maintenance to keep the systems operating with a minimum of disturbances and down time. All depends on customers needs and the type of service contract.
