Description

The ILOC module is an industrial gateway module for IoT (Internet of Things) sensor nodes that meet the LoRa/LoRaWAN standard. This standard specifies the communication- and modulation protocol for low power wireless data transfer of relative small messages. It is intended for machine-to-machine (M2M) and IoT applications. The ILOC forwards the messages between the nodes and the backend application. The module can be connected through the Ethernet interface or wireless through the 3G modem. The gateway has an on-board GPS receiver that provides accurate timing which enables track and trace applications and exact timestamping of sensor data. Bidirectional data transmission allows sensors to connect using ABP or OTAA procedures and confirmation of sent messages.

A wide range DC power-input, the low power requirements, the small size and Din rail fastening ensure easy system integration.
